Overview

Georgia is an AI-powered soft-skills training platform built for teams where communication breakdowns carry real operational and financial consequences.

The product works through a three-step process: employees describe a situation they are struggling with, engage in an AI-driven role-play that mirrors realistic workplace dynamics, and receive methodology-based feedback after each session. Sessions are designed to fit within 15 to 30 minutes, making them practical to run inside a working day without pulling people off the floor.

The platform targets a wide set of roles — sales reps, account managers, dispatchers, project managers, customer service staff, and frontline leaders — across industries where high-pressure communication is unavoidable. Construction, healthcare, and sales were specifically called out as environments where the cost of a failed conversation is high.

The existing website at georgia-app.com did not reflect how polished and practically useful the product had become. The redesign was tasked with making a technically sophisticated AI platform feel immediately accessible to buyers who may not be familiar with AI tooling but are acutely familiar with the communication problems it solves.

What Made This Project Strong

  • Problem-first homepage structure: Led with the business cost of poor communication — 86% of workplace failures, $1.2T in annual productivity loss — before introducing the product, so buyers feel seen before they hear the pitch.
  • Emotional before functional: Framed training as "a safe space to practice the conversations you've been avoiding" rather than a software feature, which resonated more directly with managers and team leads.
  • Industry credibility without industry overload: Showed relevance across construction, healthcare, and sales without making the product feel fragmented or generic — each audience saw their context without a dedicated landing page.
  • Simple three-step process narrative: Broke the AI interaction model into three plain-language steps — describe, practice, receive feedback — removing the intimidation factor of using AI for the first time.
  • GDPR and security positioning: Called out compliance and data privacy early, addressing a procurement concern that blocks deals in HR tech and enterprise SaaS.
  • Demo-oriented conversion structure: Designed every CTA around booking a demo rather than self-serve signup, matching the sales motion of a B2B platform with a complex product.
  • Approach

The redesign started with the buyer, not the product. Georgia's target audience — operations managers, HR leads, and department heads in field-heavy industries — do not typically evaluate software the way a SaaS buyer does. They are looking for something that will actually change behavior on their team, not another tool that trains compliance and gets ignored.

We structured the page around the communication problem first, making the case that miscommunication is a measurable business risk before introducing Georgia as the solution. Once the problem was established, the product explanation followed naturally: this is how practice works, this is what feedback looks like, this is why AI makes it more consistent and more accessible than coaching.

The visual and copy direction was kept grounded and professional rather than playful or tech-forward. Too much AI branding tends to alienate buyers who are skeptical of hype. Instead, the site uses plain language, clear use-case illustrations, and role-specific messaging to make the product feel relevant and approachable regardless of technical background.

The booking flow is straightforward: one primary CTA, a short form, and no unnecessary friction between interest and a scheduled conversation with the team.
